I make the mistake a captured one video in standard 4 by 3 defination and the other in hi def 9 by 16.  Is there anyway to convert the hi def 9 by 16 to standard def 4 x 3 and still maintaining the good quality?  Either in liquid or studio 14?

Have you tried this:  Add the high-def 16x9 to a 4:3 standard-def project, and add the pan-n-zoom plugin to zoom in on the video?
