I bought Studio 11 Plus with the ultimate pack some time ago as an upgrade from the previous versions of Studio 8 then 9. It installed ok back then.

Recently I had to do a complete reinstall of my system. I installed XP with all its updates. Then i installed all the other programs. I then went to install Studio. I first went to install Studio 8 then 9 because Studio 8 was the full version and 9 and 11 Plus were upgrades. Studio 8 & 9 installed fine. HOWEVER Studio 11 Plus won't install at all.

I run the executable. The language window comes up, I press next, then the install wizard starts up and the green loading bar at the bottom goes all the way to the end. Then another window pops up saying in can't go ahead with the install because I haven't got Service Pack 2 installed. AND THAT'S IT. I CAN'T GO PAST THAT.

Service Pack 2 came as part of my Window XP OS install dics. I have updated all my Windows updates to the present. SERVICE PACK 2 HAS BEEN INSTALLED. Why doesn't Studio 11 Plus accept it and how can I install Studio 11 Plus

The old FAQ has been shut down. I've searched for the same answer in the new FAQ and can't find it.

Why searching for SP2 doesn't bring it up I don't know. Same programmers as the S14 Importer, perhaps.....

I spent hours on the week end going thruogh the forums and didn't find much. Obviously I wasn't looking in the right place. It was driving me crazy. I'll try that link in the next day or two and keep you posted. Thanks again.
