I have a very large project (63 minutes).  The quality is fine if there are no chapters, but the video quality degrades considerably when I added chapters (10 of them).

Is there a fix to this?  I can live without the chapters, but 63 minutes is a lot of video to fast-forward through if you want to skip around.

I put the menu at the end.  I wanted the video to automatically start when the DVD was inserted.  Will the quality be better if I put it at the beginning?

Yes - there seems to be a bug which results in the quality being halved for a project over about 60 mins with a return to menu just before a menu at the end.
