I did a clean install of Vista, followed the install instructions for Studio 14 (including transferring content discs from Studio 10 and Studio 11). I entered all of my activation keys for purchased content. Everything is unlocked and working fine EXCEPT Vitascene--it was installed but has a Pinnacle watermark on it. I chatted with customer service and they claim that Vitascene is from Studio 12 (I checked my Studio 11 bonus disc and it was installed from there--I did not install anything from the Studio 12 discs because last week when I tried this, it messed up adorage for some reason).

I requested an activation key from Pinnacle for Vitascene to unlock it...of course they said no.

Any other ideas?
