I have Studio 12 ultimate and have purchased several add on packages including Hollywood FX Volume 2 and 3.  All ran fine on my old computer which was running Windows XP.  Unfortunately, my computer died and I bought a new one.  My new computer is running Windows Vista 64 Home Premium (service pack 2).  I installed Studio 12 without too many problems but when I tried to install Hollywood FX vol 2, the "please wait while loading" appears and then nothing happens.  I was able to install Hollywood FX 3 without any problems.

 I am running as administrator, have turned User Account Control off, turned all anit-virus and firewalls off, closed all applications, and still have the same results.

I have the hard drive from my old computer as an external USB drive.  Is there any way I can copy the files from there?

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would try copying all of the files from the HFX3 cd to your desktop and try running the install from there.

I tried that with the same results.  It says it is loading and then nothing happens.

 Any other suggestions?
