I guess if it was one or just some users to have that impression it would be nice...
As far as most of us remember, the "old" forum was full of the same comments (but maybe that's why it got sweeped under the carpet???)
As far as I personally remember, I kept on asking for a working version for a hybrid pro PCI 310i for almost three years ... which never came and/or never installed as it should.
Nevertheless my card works flawlessly with about EVERY other program around on my 4 gig vista64 (chris-tv, cyberlink powercinema, EVEN got it working with windows mediacenter), but NEVER with ANY of the pinnacle programs.
Funniest detail of all: Even programs alot older as my card function with it.... but even the latest pinnacle stuff never did.
And now the "new" forum starts by saying over and over the same thing: "we sold all to hauppage" ???
Looks like obviously somebody is using an escape route here, leaving customers with the misery by stopping (non-existing) support.
To me it's fairly simple: NEVER pinnacle again, I don't take any chance of AGAIN no real support.
For the new forum: well... the old forum was FULL of helpful USER information
(note here I'm clearly not saying "support-info").
Just restore it so all of the helpful USER solutions are available again, at least THAT would be helpful to us users.
