    .mov problems

    I'm trying to use a movie file it is 7 min. but my chrome hd want to take 5 hrs to render this and it makes my computer go very slow??? can anyone help??? also what is the card we use for the io box?? I for got and need some help because trying to put a close caption file on...

    I don't know if this is any help, but I remember quite awhile ago reading that Chrome doesn't play well with .mov files. Maybe you could convert it with either After Effects or some of the free conversion software that is on the net.

    Quicktime files are not native to Liquid and can sometimes take forever to render. I avoid them at all cost. As suggested, using an external program to convert them to a more Liquid friendly format is the best solution. I think Quicktime Pro can convert them to AVI files. Check that out.
