Hi,

 I recently purchased liquid 7 upgrade to move up from studio 12.  I cannot get it to recognize my studio 12 or 11 discs during installation.  I have tried the upgrade to liquid 7 patch.  I have tried installing on 2 different XP (sp3)  computers.  I downloaded the liquid 7.2 full exe from the web and tried installing from the hard drive.  In every case the discs will not be accepted.

My question is, does the install only recognize studio 10 or less?  When I purchased the upgrade it was supposed to be for all studio versions.

Try this. If it fails, you will need to contact Pinnacle directly:

Download this patch.

Begin installing the full upgrade. Cancel the install when you are asked for the CD.
Then run the patch.
Finally run the Setup for 7.2 again.
