my dvt arrived from amazon today but it wont work

i updated my usb flash drive with the firmware put it in the dvt plugged the dvt in and ...... nothing......

can anyone help me plz...... p.s am on holiday for a week so will not be able to reply so plz just post ur thought and what i can do

You need to be more specific.

If the device doesn't work, send it back.

If the device doesn't seem to be taking the firmware update, it could be that you have the latest version.
