I had this installed and working on my computer and recently reformatted. When I go to reinstall it after a fresh reformat, it shows me the little display channel in the setup from my cable box but when I finish the setup and open the program and click on Connect it tells me ""Cannot connect to PCTV To Go 'Local PCTV To Go Device'". Is there anything I can do to fix this? I am pretty sure I setup everything correctly because I have done this before and did everything the same way as I did before.
