Trying to accomplish two things:

1. Capture video from an analog camera via the moviebox plus device. 

2. Capture video from an Sony Handycam HDSR11 High Definition camcorder.

 Couple questions: 

1. When capturing video from the analog video camera (I am still waiting for delivery of my new Sony HD Handycam) via the moviebox device, I want to be sure that I am setting my project preferences correctly so that I can record in the highest quality possible. What are the correct project preferences settings - specifically, project format? I have a Sony Bravia HD flat panel TV, and an HD capable DVD player. There are several HD options in the drop down menu - so I would assume this to be my best quality options. What factors should I take into account to select the most appropriate format?

2. Same question, but in regard to the Sony HD Handycam.

3. How does the project preferences setting affect my video settings elsewhere in my project configuration? (do I need to change other settings apprpriately based upon my selection of project format?)
