I bought Studio version 10.5, upgraded to version 11.1 via a download and recently tried to upgrade to version 12, but during the installation process, the application asks for a serial number.  THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER AS I DOWNLOADED THE UPGRADE!  FURTHER, THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER ON THE CD I HAD SENT TO ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT GOING THE DOWNLOAD ROUTE!!!  Can someone please tell me where the serial number is since I can't talk to anyone at Pinnacle???  I'm livid as I have software that I can't load because of this not even now wiht the upgrad DVD that i got in the mail.  What am I missing here?  Someone please help. 

When I bought the download upgrade, the serial number was included in the Order Confirmation email that I was sent.

the last few lines of the email goes

Where is the serial number for the product that I downloaded?

We present the serial number twice for your convenience.

(1) When you purchased the product, we displayed the serial number on the download confirmation page.

(2) We also send the serial number to your email address as part of the order confirmation so look in your email inbox on the date you purchased the product. If you have a spam filter, check that to see if it prevented it from being delivered to your inbox.
