Yesterday upon opening TVCenterPro, I was prompted that my EPG subscription expired and asked if I wanted to renew.  ?!?!?!!?   What gives???

 I purchased my stick in the middle of Jan 08.  The subscription should expire in Jan 09. 

"Premium EPG service subscription: once your 1-year trial has expired, you can subscribe to the service at $20 for 12 months"

Plus, when I updated to 4.98 in May, I thought it said the expiration date would be May 09. ?  

 Just looking for this to work until Jan 09.  How do I get this fixed?  Anyone else with this problem?

I am using whatever EPG program came with the Ultimate Stick and that is available through the settings in TvCenter Pro.  Is this TitanTV?

 Without confirmation of what EPG program is installed and offered with TVCenterPro, I still went ahead and emailed TitanTV last week.  Have yet to receive a response after 5 days.

 Someone at Pinnacle needs to help with this.  On Pinnacles own website it states that a free 1-year subscription comes with the hardware.  Mine has been about 8 months.  Pinnacle, please help.

Not exactly sure what that has to do with anything.  1.  I am in Chicago, IL USA  2. I already said that it has worked for 8 months.

 So again, can someone from Pinnacle help me?  TitanTV has not responded to my email a week ago.
