Only get small picture in remote mode

    Hello,

I have a PC TV To Go Wireless HD and it works great in Local mode.

When I am in remote mode, the picture only shows up on a very small part of the screen, even when i make it full screen i only get a ~1.5" x 1.5" picture on the screen (though the quality is good with bitrates of 750kbps+).  Does anyone know how to make remote mode work well in full screen?  I have tried reinstalling my graphics card drivers but that hasn't worked.  Could I maybe use a different application to pull up the HDTV remotely?  I have WindowsXP Professional on this laptop.

    Thanks,

I had the same problem with mine.

The problem with mine was the hardware acceleration slider on the display properties was'nt set to full

     1) Right click on your desktop and select properties

    2) Select the settings tab

    3) Click advanced button

    4) Select the troubleshoot tab

    5) Ensure slider for hardware acceleration is set to full

As I said this solved the problem for me hope it does for you.

I also looked into my BIOS and found that memory was set to AUTO....

It had the default of 4400 MHz

I have 4 1 Gb Kingston DDR2 5300 MHz chips in there now.

I reset the memory to manual and selected 5300MHz. So Far So good.

Okay now. I have reinstalled Vista yesterday at 550 PM. It froze up on me a few times before messing with the BIOS......Memory DDR setup. So far after setting that DDR Setup to the 5300 I have not have any hangups or freezing or crashes. It has been over four hours now. I have really tested this sucker out in allot of applications too.

Opening allot of programs while downloading allot of updates and opening allot of photo files and video files and web browsing and installing programs at the same time. So far so good.

Soooo i wonder if this is something to do with Vista not properly managing memory AGAIN AS ANY OF THE OTHER OPERATING SYSTEMS AT FIRST?

Any way. cross your fingures and hope this is the culprit of all our woes with Vista....
