I purchased pinnacle Studio 12 ultimate and I just recently purchased extra FX online...I can't get it to work...I heard you need Pinnacle Studio 11 installed to have the FX transfered in 12....I am having a hard time with this...I download it online (Studio 11)from the Pinnacle Website but it's a zip file and its just not working...I just want it to work because I payed alot and I am scared that I won't be able to use them...Can someone help?

Have you right-clicked on the Zip File & chosen the "Extract All" option yet?
