Looking for Original Firmware version 00.01.00.43

hello, i make many many tests with all firmware to decide what i install (seems to be the 00.01.00.44 the best for me for now) and so, i will test original firmware...

when you buy PVT, the firmware is :

Firmware version 00.01.00.43 - initial version

    thanks.

How did you determine that 00.01.00.43 was the version that came with the unit?

Re: Looking for Original Firmware version 00.01.00.43

because of the support.txt in the latest firmware...

    History:

    Firmware version 01.00.46.03

    - bugfix sporadically empty .mp4 and .mux files written, if recording stopped automatically due to lost or bad video input signal; the .mp4 file will now be written until video input signal quality is too bad or signal has been lost. This problem also occured sporadically with older firmware versions, if a recording has been stopped manually after/while the video input signal has been lost.

    - bugfix blue video input LED shows valid video input signal (if record has not been started) although the video input signal is incompatible, too bad or has been lost; the video input LED will be switched off now, if the input signal is invalid

    Notes:

    - Recording can only be started, if a valid video input signal is present. The corresponding blue video input LED must be lit.

    - Some VCRs don't output a valid video signal if play has not been started. It's recommended to first start playback on the analog video source and wait until the corresponding blue video input LED is lit, then start recording with Pinnacle Video Transfer.

    - If a bad, lost or incompatible video signal is detected during recording, the red video input LED will be switched off. It will be switched on again, as soon as a stable and valid input signal has been detected again - recording will not stop during that time, Pinnacle Video Transfer will try to capture the incoming signal. Recording will be stopped automatically if the input signal quality is too bad or a valid video input signal gets lost completely for some seconds. If a recording has been stopped automatically due to a bad/lost/incompatible video signal, the red video and audio input LEDs will flash for some seconds. Do not unplug the connected USB storage device until the USB port LED has changed to blue.

    - The minimum recording duration is 30 seconds. If a recording stopped automatically due to invalid video input signal before 30 seconds have been recorded, no .mp4 file will be written.

    Firmware version 00.01.00.46

    - bugfix sporadically broken iPod Classic and Nano (3rd generation) database with error "iTunes cannot read the contents" after capture

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Firmware version 00.01.00.44

    - problem solved, when capturing to emtpy iPod Classic + Nano (3rd generation)
    - bugfix sporadically broken iPod Video 30GB database after capture
    - bugfix sporadic problem when syncing iPod database with iTunes when "manually manage music and video" has been switched off by user

    Firmware version 00.01.00.43

    - initial version

Re: Looking for Original Firmware version 00.01.00.43

ok, but you don't actually know if your unit actually came with that version then.

I checked for versions 1.00.00.00 - 1.00.99.99 and only got the three you listed.
