    Question about recording TV...

First off, I am using windows Vista and have PCTV HD Pro Stick TVCPro 4.92.1550, I get a lot of jumping on when I record a TV show, is there anything that will fix this? Someone told me to remove the de-interlacing which I did and I see no real change in the quality.

Second, what is the best choice for quality if I wanted to upload something I recorded from the TV through Studio 11, (that I have the rights to), to the internet and/or to burn to DVD?

Does the quality I choice I pick determine if I get jumping lines/frames in the final output? I mostly use Med quality NTSC if that helps.

I know this I'm asking for a lot of help so thank you very much in advance!

    Re: Question about recording TV...

    Hello TV Fan,

Welcome to the forums Smile. If you are recording live TV, do that using TVCenter Pro and not Studio.

You can set the recording format under Record in the Settings window. Best to use DIvX as this is a good quality capture.

The video you have "recorded" in TV Center Pro, you can "import" in Studio. Big Smile
