I have a PCTV Ultimate stick running the May update that added official ClearQAM support.  When I scan for ClearQAM channels, about 300 come back, but most of them are identified by numbers like 120.104(120.104), etc.  Some have station names, but not many.  I tried downloading the EPG, thinking that might fix it, but it only offered to let me map the remaining 275+ meaningless numbers to station names.

 I don't have time to figure out what stations belong to all those numbers.  They don't seem to correspond with the cable channel numbers in any way.  Did I miss a step or something?

you use the TVCenter 4.98 recovery version?

Have you selected, that encrypted channels should be shown?

Are you able to watch the channels, that only have numbers as names? Would guess, that they are encrypted.
