Hello everyone,

 Just bought Pinnacle Studio Ultimate version 12 and was playing with the sample project out of the box. I went to the Make Movie tab and was trying to figure out how to export a H.264 video, however every single time I click the Settings button on the Make Movie tab the application completely hangs and I have to kill the process.

Any ideas why I see the hang? I can debug into it, but without source/symbols it will difficult to identify cause of hang. What do I need to do in order to get this Settings dialog to display? Anyone have an idea about how to export a movie using the H.264 encoder so that I can export my HD footage?

Just for troublehsooting, can you do this in safe mode or diagnostic mode?

I am not sure how it works on a server type system, but I am sure that other people here will be pouring their inputs as well.
