Sound Soap and Pinnacle Studio 12

I have Pinnacle Studio 11 Ultimate. I use the plug in that came with it, Sound Soap PE all of the time. If I upgrade to Pinnacle Studio 12, will Sound Soap still work? Does it come bundled with Studio 12?

It does not come with studio 12, but you can use the Transfer Wizard in studio 12 to bring it forward from studio 11.
