Have you tried doing a repair after an install?

If this does not work, download the bonus DVD and run the transfer content wizard.

Do this before contacting support.

on the forums a found some guys who had the same problem but with older versions of studio. but i never found a solution answer for it.

in settings - control panel - regional and language options
i selected "format" here i seleted the "customize this format" button, i made before some changes here to fit my country settings.
i pressed the reset button to reset all settings to the english (us) . and that was it, no longer this annoying errors.

finally i can use my new studio 12
