Well, I'm currently a part time employee at a retail store..  I work in portable electronics and spend alot of time in digital Imaging, with its software.

Pinnacle (owned by Avid) was generous enough to off my store employees a limited accommodation that allowed me to purchase Avid software for special prices.  Saying what these prices are could threaten my job security, but Pinnacle's goal is to get me to enjoy Avid/Pinnacle products so that I start recommending Pinnacle Studio rather than Adobe Premier.

I looked at Mercali is that a digitial image stabilization program?  If so, then I wouldn't always reccomend that because digital image stabilization just crops the edges of photos to make it look less blurry.  I would rather reccomend getting a camera with optical image stabilization because then you'll have parts in your camera that move with your motions.
