Sorry to hear about that trouble. I didn't have that problem since I put Studio on my laptop and Liquid wasn't installed on it.
Do you have a second computer you can try installing Studio on?

I have to get a client to sign off on a major project within a few days so I'll try this route after that.
Unless the Avid helpline comes up with a better suggestion in the meantime.
